Childbirth Education Classes
With seven different class options, it's easy to find the one that's right for you. Most classes meet over several weeks, giving us plenty of time to build a fun, supportive community while practicing the skills and comfort techniques you and your partner will use during labor.
If your due date is quickly approaching, don't worry! I also offer one-day workshops and express classes that provide the essential tools and information in a condensed format.
