Comfort Measures Workshop

A man and woman hugging each other, smiling, against a plain background, with some text that reads 'Birth Boot Camp' and a tagline.

This active, 4-hour workshop is designed to equip couples with a variety of tools to help them have a more comfortable and positive birth experience. You'll practice labor positions, relaxation techniques, and, of course, comfort measures!

Even if you're planning to receive an epidural, it's helpful to know how to cope with early labor contractions before it's time for the epidural. These techniques can help you and your partner feel more confident, comfortable, and prepared throughout your labor experience.

Life With Your New Baby

A woman is sitting on a bed with neutral-colored pillows, breastfeeding a baby. The room has a beige wall, a chandelier hanging from the ceiling, and a headboard with a white lattice design. There is a logo in the bottom left corner that reads 'Birth Boot Camp'.

It's often said that babies don't come with a manual—but this class is the next best thing. “Life With Your New Baby” is a 3–4 hour workshop designed to prepare you for the realities of the postpartum period and life with a newborn.

Whether you're a first-time parent or welcoming another baby—especially if your first postpartum experience was more challenging than expected—this class will give you the knowledge, practical tools, and confidence to make a smoother transition into parenthood. My goal is to help you not only navigate the postpartum period but truly enjoy it.

Includes complimentary access to Birth Boot Camp's online Breastfeeding Class, taught by IBCLC Mellanie Sheppard.

Your Healthy Pregnancy

This 3-4 hour workshop is perfect for those in the first trimester—or even before pregnancy—to help set you up for a healthy pregnancy; however, it's never too late to learn about prenatal nutrition and physical activity.

You'll learn practical nutrition tips and simple exercises to help you navigate the many changes that come with each trimester. These habits can support a healthy, low-risk pregnancy and help you prepare for a positive birth experience.
