Hospital Birth Class

Planning to give birth in a hospital? Whether you're hoping for an unmedicated birth or planning to use an epidural, this 6-week course provides the knowledge and practical skills you need to navigate your hospital birth with confidence.

This class focuses on the topics most relevant to a hospital birth. You'll learn the stages of labor, common hospital procedures and interventions—including when they may be helpful and when they can be avoided—pushing techniques, birth planning, and how to make informed decisions throughout your labor. You and your partner will leave feeling prepared, empowered, and excited to welcome your baby.

The registration fee covers both you and your chosen birth partner and includes a Birth Boot Camp workbook. Each class is approximately 2.5 hours long.
