Home & Birth Center Class

Planning to give birth at home or in a birth center? This 5-week course is designed specifically for families preparing for an out-of-hospital birth.

This class focuses on the topics most relevant to home and birth center births. You'll learn the stages of labor, practice practical comfort measures to not only cope with labor but truly embrace the experience. You’ll also understand how to avoid unnecessary interventions when possible and make informed decisions if they become necessary, learn effective pushing techniques, create a personalized birth plan, and build the confidence to navigate your birth with your partner. You'll leave feeling prepared, empowered, and excited to welcome your baby.

The registration fee covers both you and your chosen birth partner and includes a Birth Boot Camp workbook. Each class is approximately 2.5 hours long.
